Refund Policy

Short version: All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded — but if something goes wrong technically, I will always make it right. Just email me.

No refunds on digital downloads

Because all products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, I am unable to offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded. This is standard policy for digital goods.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, email me before buying at info@cecevudays.com — I am happy to help.

When I will issue a refund

I will always offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
You did not receive your download link after payment.
You were charged but the purchase did not go through.
You received the wrong product.

In any of these cases, please email info@cecevudays.com within 7 days of purchase and I will resolve it promptly.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact me within 48 hours and I will refund the duplicate charge.

How to request help

Email info@cecevudays.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. I typically respond within 1–2 business days.
